Massage Therapy treatments are customized to your needs and pressure is adjusted to your comfort level. Treatments may include a variety of the following techniques to optimize your health benefits.

Deep Tissue Massage & Neuromuscular Therapy

Targets specific areas of tension & limited range of motion, eliminating muscle pain. Moderate to deep pressure.

Swedish Massage

Classic European massage;
Deeply relaxes tense muscles, detoxifies the body, increases circulation and rejuvenates the mind.

Japanese Hot Stone Massage

Rhythmic, deep tissue massage with heated sea-tumbled basalt stones. A combination of rotation-based movements and long strokes help release chronic pain patterns, and the thermal effect induces a deeper state
of relaxation.
Combined with a classic massage.

What should I wear for my treatments?

You will be asked to undress in private and drape yourself with a sheet or towel provided for you (underwear is left on or removed, at your discretion). Only the part of the body being worked on will be uncovered, and your modesty is respected.
For wraps and exfoliation treatments we provide disposable underwear.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to fill out a short medical history form.

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments are costly and take away valuable appointment time from others. Therefore, we ask that you be aware of your commitment. Appointments lasting longer than an hour will be required to provide a credit card number to reserve the space. Full charges apply unless the appointment is cancelled with a 24 hour notice.
